Supporting Our Community

As a local, family run business, PMD believe that it is important to support charities and local organisations that reflect our company ethos, that of Family and Community. We are proud to be a part of the local Hutton, Shenfield and Brentwood communities and as such are sponsors of several local Children's football teams in the area.

We are also keen supporters of Snap, an Essex charity based in Brentwood which helps thousands of families with children and young people who have additional needs or disabilities. Snap delivers much needed support and help to Families within our community and you can find out more information about this fantastic charity at www.snapcharity.org

Riding for SNAP

600km Across South Africa. Done.

In September 2026, Paul swapped the building site for a mountain bike. With his riding partner Rob, he took on the Go2C Mountain Bike Race from Clarens to Ballito and Salt Rock — seven days of riding alongside around 500 cyclists, through South African heat, altitude of up to 1,850m and relentless climbing.

Eighteen months of early-morning weekend training got them to the finish, and every pedal stroke was for SNAP. Together they raised over £10,500 for the charity's work with children and young people with additional needs and their families.
