Project Brief
The client sought to create a spacious detached residence with expanded living areas and bedrooms. Approximately 90% of the old house had to be demolished, making this project practically a new build. The scope included exterior and interior refurbishment with double and single-storey extensions, a glass-roofed Orangery, new roof installation, and complete interior reconfiguration blending modern and traditional Victorian architecture.
