Our clients purchased this detached property with a view to completely modernise it throughout. The transformation included replacing dark exterior finishes with light render, updating glazing with modern black-framed windows, and creating an expansive open-plan family living area with a bespoke kitchen and island. A striking floating staircase with glass balustrade and floor-to-ceiling tiled wall became a design centrepiece, enhanced by full-width bifold doors and a glazed lantern flooding the space with natural light.
