Project Brief
A comprehensive transformation of a 1970s detached chalet house featuring modern architectural updates, environmental efficiency measures, and extensive renovations throughout. The project involved an open-plan design with cantilever structure, metal Cedar cladding, aluminium windows, solar panels, and a living roof system. The property received 160mm Celotex insulation on all sides including the roof.
